You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Howard County, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
We keep our Howard County crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Howard County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
We also track what's happening across Howard County season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Howard County homeowner finally picks up the phone.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Howard County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Howard County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Howard County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Howard County restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Howard County accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Howard County termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Howard County rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Howard County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Howard County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Howard County same-day calls. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Howard County technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Howard County customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Howard County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Our technicians have inspected enough Howard County attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your part of Howard County before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Howard County.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Howard County property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Howard County crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.

No matter which part of Howard County you're calling from, a licensed technician can typically reach you the same day. Coverage includes single-family homes, rentals, and commercial properties across the full service area. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Howard County coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them. Rural properties on quieter roads get the same response standard as those closer to the center of Howard County — distance rarely changes how quickly we can dispatch.
Most Howard County calls placed in the morning get a same-day window; anything later typically lands next-day.
Pricing is never an hourly guess; it's a flat quote tied to the inspection findings.
